INDONESIAN BANK LAUNCHES QRIS

The Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Perry Warjiyo (left) was witnessed the President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaadmadja (center) and CEO LinkAja Danu Wicaksana (right) conducted a tap in the launch of QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on the Bank Indonesia Building page, Jakarta, Saturday (17/8/2019). Bank Indonesia launched QRIS for payment through server based electronic money applications, electronic wallets, or mobile banking and QRIS implementation is nationally effective starting January 1, 2020, to provide a preparatory transition for Payment System Services Organizer (PJSP).
