One of the principal applicants, Misran said that the government’s statement in the trial of the UU Material Test Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Thursday (6/5). According to the Misran dkk, the implementation of Article 108 paragraph (1) along with the explanation and Article 190 paragraph (1) the Health Law not only harms the constitutional rights of the applicant but also potentially cause constitutional rights loss of the entire nursing personnel in remote areas, there is no doctor, there is no pharmacy and there is no pharmacist power throughout Indonesia.
