JAKARTA, 6/5 - TEST HEALTH. Chairman of the Indonesian Doctor’s Association (IDI) Prio Sidi Pratomo represents IDI as a party related to conveying the description in the trial of the UU Material Test Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Thursday (6/5). According to the applicant’s principle, the Misran dkk, the implementation of Article 108 paragraph (1) and the explanation of Article 190 paragraph (1) of the Health Law is not only detrimental to the constitutional rights of the applicant but also potentially cause constitutional rights losses throughout the nursing power in remote areas, there is no doctor, no pharmacy and no pharmacist power throughout Indonesia.
