BTN DISPLACEMENT

Recruited PT Bank of State Savings (Persero) Tbk. Maryono (second right) combined with President Commissioner Asmawi Syam (second left) witnessed the Board of Commissioners of Roomuddin Sjam (left) and Director Oni Febriarto Rahardjo before opening the General Meeting of Amazing Shareholders (RUPSLB) in Jakarta, Thursday (29/8/2019). The meeting discussed three agendas namely the evaluation of the performance of the semester I 2019, the acquisition of the Ventura Capital Company and the changes in the bank’s management by agreeing to the appointment of Suprajarto as the BTN dissolved and dismiss Maryono from the dissolved position.
