BTN DISPLACEMENT

Dirut PT Bank Savingan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Maryono (mid) and President Commissioner of Asmawi Syam (right) is preparing to open the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) in Jakarta, Thursday (29/8/2019). The meeting discussed three agendas namely the evaluation of the performance of the semester I 2019, the acquisition of the Ventura Capital Company and the changes in the bank’s management by agreeing to the appointment of Suprajarto as the BTN dissolved and dismiss Maryono from the dissolved position.
