BTN DISPLACEMENT

Recruited PT Bank Savingan Negara (Persero) Tbk Maryono (mid) combined with President Commissioner Asmawi Syam (left) accompanied by President Director Oni Febriarto Rahardjo before opening the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Outstanding (RUPSLB) in Jakarta, Thursday (29/8/2019). The meeting discussed three agendas namely the evaluation of the performance of the semester I 2019, the acquisition of the Ventura Capital Company and the changes in the bank’s management by agreeing to the appointment of Suprajarto as the BTN dissolved and dismiss Maryono from the dissolved position.
