The meeting discussed two agendas namely corporate performance in the semester I 2019 which recorded a credit growth of 20 percent or Rp549,23 trillion and changes in the arrangement of the company's management by agreeing to the appointment of Ario Bimo as the Financial Director of BNI as well as dismissing the Catur Budi Harto from the position of the Small Medium Business Director (UMKM) and BNI Network.
