PEAT LAND FIRE IN EASTERN CIRCA

The air photo is one of the peatland fires in the village of Keisio that has not been successfully extinguished in the District of Lalolae, Eastern Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, Saturday (31/8/2019). Entering the 6th day, Manggala Agni Southeast Sulawesi Operation Area has not been able to extinguish fires in the peatland because it is controlled as far as the water source as well as the type of flammable vegetation, while the fire point continues to extend up to more than 150 hectares.
