Employees and citizens witness the speech of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon when the inauguration of the operation of the second turbine Power Plant (PLTA) Rogun, Tajikistan, Monday (9/9/2019). The Tajikistan government inaugurates the second turbine of Rogun’s six turbines planned with the capacity of each 600 MW turbine.
