POWER PLANT BIOMASS POWER MENTAWAI

The officer explained to the Minister of National Development Planning (PPN) Bambang Brojonegoro (center) Biomass Power Plant (PLTBm), when the inauguration, in Saliguma Village, Central Siberut Island, Mentawai Islands, Tuesday (17/9/2019). Bamboo plant-based PLTBm, has 700 kilowatt power that can drain electricity 1.233 new customers in 3 villages of Mentawai Regency. The development is derived from the grant fund of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) United States to the Ministry of PPN, which is then submitted to the Regional Government of the Mentawai Regency to be managed and cooperated with the State Power Plant (PLN).
