JAKARTA, 20/5 - BRI RUPST. President Director of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sofyan Basir (right three), accompanied by President Commissioner Bunasor Sanim (second right), and the director of Bambang Soepeno (left), Suprajarto (second left), Sarwono Sudarto (left three) and Asmawi Syam (right), provided the report on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST), in Jakarta, Wes (20/5). The results of the BRI RUPST include setting the use of the company's profits of 2009 by 30 percent (Rp2.192.487.498.786) or Rp177.81 per share sheet is shared as a cash dividend to shareholders, by three percent (Rp219.248.749.879) for environmental bina programs, and the rest is used for the reserve of individual's objectives and income.
