PRESIDENT ASKED DPR DELAY STAINING RKUHP

President Joko Widodo conveyed the attitude on the drafting plan of the Book of the Law of the Pidana Law (RKUHP) in Bogor Palace, West Java, Friday (20/9/2019). The President asked the House of Representatives (DPR) delayed the RKUHP’s enlightenment and reviewed a number of 14 articles in RKUHP whose plan will be certified on September 24, 2019.
