The Governor of West Kalimantan Sutarmidji (left) was witnessed the Head of the Peat Restoration Agency (BRG) Saidr Foead (right) explained the condition of peatland in the Kalbar region in the Coordination Meeting of Fire Fighting Strength at the Peat Land in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Thursday (26/9/2019). In the meeting Sutarmidji stated if the next year there is still a forest fire and land (karhutla) in the concession area in the Kalbar region, then the plantation company must bear all the costs of the carhutla outage.
