SAND MINER

KEDIRI, 13/6 - TRADISIONAL PASIR SPEED. A number of traditional sand miners raise the sand over the boat on the Brantas River, Ngantru Village, Tulungagung, East Java, Saturday (12/6). The presence of traditional sand miners is currently threatened with the mines of mechanical suction machines operating along the Brantas River. With a longer mining time and more workers' labor, manual miners (traditional) must sell sand at the same price of the sand miner using a suction machine of Rp 150.000 per rhythm.
