Citizens extend the Red White flag when commemorating the Youth Sumpah Day in the village of nelayan Greges, Surabaya, East Java, Sunday (27/10/2019). The 1st Youth Sumpah Day Warning in the area is welcomed with the Youth Sumpah Ikrar reading on the boat, the crossing of the Red White flags along 500 meters as well as the performance of arts and various races.
