BUMN COOPERATION

JAKARTA, 21/6 - KERJASAMA BUMN. (ki-ka) Plt. President Director (Dirut) Bank Mandiri Riswinandi, Dirut BTN Iqbal Latanro, Minister of BUMN Mustafa Abubakar, Dirut Garuda Emirsyah Satar and Dirut Jamstek Hotbonar Sinaga combined the signing of business cooperation between Bank Mandiri and Garuda and business cooperation between BTN and Jamsostek in witnessing the Minister of BUMN in the Ministry of BUMN, Jakarta, Monday (21/6). Garuda and Bank Mandiri’s partnership is an advanced cooperation with the signing of the mandatory completion agreement convertible bond (MCB) Garuda, namely the MCB Garuda at Bank Mandiri was settled in cash payment by Garuda about five percent of the principal MCB or Rp50,94 billion and the remaining about 95 percent or Rp967,87 billion converted to Garuda’s shares.
