The budding service of Social and Labor Department, Yayan Dwi Santoso completed the creation of screen printing shirts in his home Donganti Village, Kediri, East Java, Monday (4/11/2019). Local governments provide the help of screening equipment as well as graphic design training to a number of disabled people to be able to independently and have competitiveness in the working world.
