YOGYAKARTA, 2/7 - TARI BEKSAN BANDABAYA. A number of dancers bring Bandabaya Beksan Dance at Puro Paku Alaman, Yogyakarta, Thursday (1/7) night. The Beksan Bandabaya dance was the creation of Sri Pakualaman II around 1825 - 1850 depicting the pride and skills of Puro Paku Alaman soldier practicing war by horse riding, equipped dance equipment in the form of tameng and long swords.
