A number of royal guards brought maleo (Macrochepalon maleo) fashion eggs that were newly arrived to Karaton Banggai on the Malabot Tumpe ritual in Banggai, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi, Wednesday (4/12/2019). The Malabot Tumpe tradition is the first egg pickup ritual of Maleo’s fashion presented citizens of the island as a form of loyalty to run safely from Raja Banggai and his family.
