PRESIDENT OFFICIAL NEW FACTORY POLYETHYLENE CAP

President Joko Widodo (second left) accompanied by Founder of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (CAP) Prajogo Pangestu (center), Commissioner CAP Agus Salim Pangestu (second right) and Preskom CAP Djoko Suyanto (right) heard the explanation of President Director Chandra Asri Erwin Ciputra (left) inaugurated the new factory of polyethylene (PE) CAP in Cilegon, Friday (6/12/2019). With the addition of a new factory capacity of 400 thousand tons per year the total production capacity of Polyethylene CAP overall reaches 736 thousand tons per year from previous only 336 thousand tons per year expected to be the import substitution so it is able to save the country’s devisa reaching Rp8 trillion and absorb 3,000 labor during its development period.
