Chairman of the Constitutional Court of RI Mahfud MD (4 right) together (from right) Vice Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyar Mirbabaev, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Thailand Chut Chonlavorn, the Supreme Court of Philipina Mariano C. Del Castillo, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia Jamsran Byambadorj, Chairman of the Federal Court of Malaysia Tun Zaki Tun Azmi and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Korea Dong-Heub Lee interstruck the hand as the signing of the Statute of the Constitution of the Asian Court and the Association of Jakarta, Monday. The establishment of the Asian Constitutional Court Association based on understanding with the importance of building cooperation through information exchange and "best prectises" in the handling of constitutional matters to advance democracy and human rights in Asia based on mutual respect and independence of the court.
