CARTOON OPINI EXHIBITION

Visitors see cartoon works with the theme "Children Indonesia: Creative and Optimis" when the Opini Cartoon Exhibition at the Gallery of Laoskara, East Java Cultural Park, Surabaya, East Java, Monday (9/12/2019). The exhibition lasted until 13 December 2019, featuring the 30 best cartoon works on the cartoon opini contest in the world’s commemoration series held the Surabaya Social Fund Foundation and Indonesian Cartoon Community.
