PURCHASE OF REQUIRED STOCK

President Bangkok Bank Chartsiri Sophonpanich (second right), President Director Astra Prijono Sugiarto (second left), Group Head Corporate Development Standard Chartered David Churchman (right) and Vice President Director of Astra Djony Bunarto Tjondro, signed a letter purchase agreement between Bangkok Bank, Standard Chartered Bank PLC and PT Astra International Tbk, to acquire 89,12 percent of aggregate ownership in PermataBank, in Jakarta, Thursday (12/12/2019). Transactions will be held based on the agreed assessment of 1.77 times of Permata book value per September 30, 2019, which is expected to be completed in 2020. Bangkok Bank will also do mandatory tender offer for the remaining 10,88 percent of the stock in Permata after holding the acquisition of ownership shares of 89,12 percent. ANTARA PHOTO/HO/ama.
