PRESIDENT INAUGURATED TPA MANGGAR

President Joko Widodo (second left) accompanied by Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono (left), Governor of Kaltim Isran Noor (second right) and Mayor of Balikpapan Rizal Effendi pressed the sirine button when inaugurating the End Processing Place (TPA) Garbage of Manggar in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Wednesday (18/12/2019). TPA Manggar is a modern trash TPA equipped with a ‘sanitary landfill’ technology that is able to destroy waste well, alter the lindi water or water produced from the exposure of rainwater on the trash planting team into methane gas and can be utilized surrounding residents to cook.
