The Prime Minister Malaysia Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad delivered speech at the opening of the Higher Conference in Kuala Lumpur Summit (KTT Summit Summit) followed 56 Muslim countries in Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, Thursday (19/12/2019).
