TRADITIONAL SAND MINER IN ACEH

Traditional sand miners insert sand into the boat in the river stream of the Meureubo District, West Aceh, Aceh, Thursday (6/2/2020). Sand miners in the area admitted, in a day they are able to collect three to 15 sand cubics with a wage of Rp50,000 to Rp150.000 per day and the activity is still allowed by local government as it is considered not to damage the environment.
