RLU’s subsidiary, PT Lestari Asri Jaya (LAJ) and TNBT held training honey bees cultivation as a natural fence to protect Sumatra’s elephants, while improving the wellbeing of surrounding forests from honey harvest results and its derivative products. Usage of bees honey as a natural fence in this elephant’s alignment is an innovation that will continue to be developed in Indonesia as a sustainable and sustainable forest management solution.
