The President of the 5th RI Megawati Soekarnoputri (second right) gave a welcome speech to his child as well as the Chairman of the DPR period 2019-2024 Puan Maharani (second left) who received the assignment of the doctoral degree of honor (honoris causa) in the field of culture and human development policy of Diponegoro University (Undip), in Semarang, Central Java, Friday (14/2/2020).
