The Governor of Maluku, Karel Albert Ralahalu (center) accompanied by the Vice Minister of Industry, Alex Retraubun (left) and the relics of the West Maluku Regent of Power (MBD) Frangky Renjaan (right) signed the island-pulsions for the islands of Kisar, MBD district, Tuesday (17/8).
