TRIAL DEMANDS OF CARNIWA IWA

The case of the Meikarta’s bridal, also the Secretary of the West Java area is inactive, Iwa Karniwa descended from the prisoner vehicle to undergo a hearing with the agenda of the election reading in the Tipikor Court, Bandung, West Java, Monday (24/2/2020). In the hearing, Jaksa KPK demanded Iwa Karniwa with a criminal penalty of 6 years of prison rate as well as a fine of 400 million subsider 3 months because it was allegedly received a suap in the form of Rp 900 million in the case of the licensing of Meikarta.
