The Institute of Technology of Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Mochamad Ashari (right) combined with the Minister of Infrastructure and Management of the Dutch Water Cora Van Newsenhuizen in as a visit to ITS, Surabaya, East Java, Thursday (12/3/2020).
