The Dutch King Willem Alexander along Ratu Maxima Zorreguieta Cerruti welcomed tor-tor dance by Batak people when visiting Dusun Siambat Dalan, Lintong Nihuta Village, Tampahan District, Toba District, North Sumatra, Thursday (12/3/2020).
