SPIKE IN FOOD PRICES DUE TO DOLLARS AND CORONA
Traders clean the onion of red on the Kramat Jati Induk Market, East Jakarta, Wednesday (25/3/2020). Head Center of Food, Energy, and Sustainable Development Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (INDEF) Abra Tallattov assessed the impact of the weakening of rupiah against US dollars as a result of the COVID-19 prosecution in the rise of food prices such as onion and white, sand sugar, as well as red pepper.
