Photo of Buol’s riot, Central Sulawesi was shown when the press release of investigation by the Chairman of the Human Rights National Commission (Komnas HAM) Ifdhal Kasim in Jakarta, Tuesday (7/9). Based on the results of investigation, Komnas HAM concludes the mass action of Buol citizens is the accumulation of unfair law enforcement issues in which the police apparatus conducts a arbitrary action against citizens.
