NGAWI, 21/8 - RING LAHAN. Sutirah (70) disclaimed grass in its dry rice fields in Sukowiyono Village, Padas, Ngawi, Tuesday (21/8). A total of 5.355 hectares of land in Ngawi Regency are broadcasted by its owner because of the absence of technical irrigation, while from a total of 13.385 hectares of rice plant land, as much as 1,700 hectares that are technically endangered failed harvest.
