MEDAN, 10/9 - VISIT DULI. A number of citizens blamed the Sultan of Deli, Tengku Hamdy Osman Deli Khan Al-Haj, Tengku Raja Muda Deli degree (left), on the activity of "Upholding Duli" (committed the existence of Sultan Deli and regulated) in the Palace of Maimun Medan, Sumut, Friday (10/9).
