SURABAYA, 21/9 - Festival. A woman brought to bring batik fashion "Solo Batik Carnival (SBC)" in the evening festival afterma in Pagoda, Kenjeran Park, Surabaya, Tuesday (21/9). The festival is an event of commemorating the night of the afterma month which falls on 15 months 8 (China’s manure) that presents several five ethnic cultural arts.
