HEARING GAYUS

JAKARTA, 20/9 - SIDANG GAYUS TAMBUNAN. The case of the Gayus Tambunan tax mafia undergoes a hearing with the general prosecution forced response agenda (JPU) in the South Jakarta State Court, Thursday (23/9). The South Jakarta’s PN judge assembly led Albertina Ho was asked to reject exepsi or objection of the Gayus Tambunan’s legal advisory team, as well as proceeding the subject examination of the matter by checking witnesses.
