The suspects of social aid candaan cases containing trash and stone to transpuan, Ferdian Paleka (mid) along the two colleagues were presented during the perkara degree in Polrestabes Bandung, West Java, Friday (8/5/2020). Ferdian Paleka and both colleagues were accompanied by Article 45 Paragraph 3 Electronic Information and Transaction Act (ITE) with a threat of four-year prison sentence or a penalty of Rp750 million as well as two additional articles namely Article 36 and Article 51 Paragraph 2 Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE with a threat of 12-year prison sentence or a fine of Rp12 billion.
