The suspects of social aid candaan cases containing garbage and stone to transpuan, Ferdian Paleka was attended when the title of the matter in Polrestabes Bandung, West Java, Friday (8/5/2020). Ferdian Paleka and both colleagues were accompanied by Article 45 Paragraph 3 Electronic Information and Transaction Act (ITE) with a threat of four-year prison sentence or a penalty of Rp750 million as well as two additional articles namely Article 36 and Article 51 Paragraph 2 Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE with a threat of 12-year prison sentence or a fine of Rp12 billion.
