HEARING DESPERATION CASE OF SWELLING

The legal ruler of Bengkayang Nonactive Suryadman Gidot as well as the former Head of Public Works and Housing of People (PUPR) Bengkayang Aleksius namely Andel (center) along his peers associates the reading of the decision of the typical case of the Ministry of PUPR Bengkayang District in Pontianak State Court, West Kalimantan, Tuesday (19/5/2020). The Assembly of Judgment of the Pontianak Corruption Court dropped byis five years of prison as well as the fine of Rp200 Million with a subsider of one month above the charged Bupati Bengkayang Nonactive Suryadman Gidot, also a four-year sentence of prison as well as the fine of Rp200 Million over the charged former Head of Public Works Department and Housing Rakyat (PUPR) Aleksius.
