President Director PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro) Garibaldi Thohir (right) accompanied by Independent Commissioner Adaro Mohammad Effendi gave exposure to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) PT Adaro Energy Tbk in Jakarta, Wednesday (20/5/2020). RUPST is carried out with some restrictions on physical presence by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and shareholders or the power of the Adaro Energy shareholders and has reached the quota as required by applicable laws and regulations.
