LIPIC RELEASE ON THE KUTA BEACH

A number of Tukik Penyu Lekang (Lepidochelys olivacea) runs towards the waters of the bow removed on Kuta Beach, Badung, Bali, Tuesday (23/6/2020). The conservation effort by removing hundreds of tapic tails or turtle babies that are usually followed by tourists from different countries as educational and tourist attractions is currently only carried out by Bali Sea Turtle Society’s officers because Kuta Beach is still closed from tourist visits to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemi.
