The Ministry of Public Works and Housing of People (PUPR) built Bendungan Meninting with a maximum coverage of 1,18 million m3 that potentially provide benefits to characterize irrigation areas, as well as meet the needs of raw water for North Lombok Regency, providing electrical energy and also as a new tourist destination that can increase the economy of surrounding communities.
