MONITOR THE POLLUTION OF THE BRANTAS RIVER

Researchers of Ecological Observation and Wetlands Conservation (Ecoton) took a sample of water to find out the content of chlorine and microplastics in Brantas River, Kiduldalem, Malang, East Java, Monday (20/7/2020). The activity carried out at some point to monitor the level of the Brantas River water pollution from microplastics as well as the chlorin content identified experiencing an increase in normal thresholds, from 0.03 part per million (ppm) to 0.15 ppm along with the use of disinfectant in the COVID-19 pandemi period.
