JAKARTA, 1/11 - TEST of the Law of KUHAP. Former Minister of Law and Human Rights Yusril Ihza Mahendra as the applicant is preparing to follow the preliminary examination of the Law No. 8 of 1981 on the Law of the Pidana Event (KUHAP) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Monday (1/11). Yusril Ihza Mahendra, suspected the case of Sisminbakum corruption, filed the provision of the Law Number 8 of 1981 on the definition of witness in KUHAP against the Constitution 1945.
