The Chairman of the Konsitusi Court (MK) Mahfud MD (left) accompanied by Secretary General MK Janedri M Ghafar (right) gave a description to the journalists about the alleged of the Constitutional Judges in Jakarta, Tuesday (2/11). MK has appointed the legal observer of the state of Refly Harun as the chairman of the Investigation Team on the alleged suap case as the one of the national newspapers on Monday, October 25, 2010 and was given a month time to provide evidence of the truth on the writing.
