Head of Public Biro Setpres Yudhi Wijayanto (left) received a text concept document proclaimed from the Director of Preservation ANRI Kandar (right) in the National Archives Building of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), Jakarta, Sunday (16/8/2020).
