SINGAPURA, 17/11 - BUMI-VALLAR. President Director and CEO of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR), Bobby Gafur Umar (center) combined with Nathaniel Rothschild, Co-founder and CEO of Vallar PLC accompanied by Chief Financial Officer BNBR, Eddy Soeparno inju signed a Buy (Sale And Purchase Agreement) with Vallar PLC (Vallar), in Singapore, Monday (15/11). BNBR signed a Buy Sale Agreement (Sale And Purchase Agreement) with Vallar PLC (Vallar) to release about 5.2 billion shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) at the price of Rp 2.500 per share, to get about 90.1 million new shares in Vallar, where BNBR will receive about 50,5 million new shares in Vallar, for GBP 10 per share (Transaction).
