TOBACCO PRICES AT JOMBANG FALL

Farmers picked tobacco leaves in Kedungdowo Village, Ploso, Jombang Regency, East Java, Thursday (24/9/2020). Farmers complained the price of dried tobacco in this year is divided by farmers down to Rp12 thousand per kilogram compared to 2019 at Rp18 thousand per kilogram for lower and middle leaves, while the upper leaves were dried Rp20 thousand per kilogram last year still Rp25 thousand per kilogram due to the low tobacco quality as well as the COVID pandemi 19.
